What does wellness look like? For too long, we’ve been told it's defined by filters, fitness trackers, and impossible standards. But the truth is, real wellness doesn’t have one “look,” it’s different for everyone.

We turned that insight into a 360 campaign that helped Nurish launch its personalized supplement subscription, showcasing real people and real moments that celebrate what self-care actually looks like: a long run or a long nap, a green smoothie or a greasy slice, a solo meditation or a family grocery haul up three flights of stairs.

Because when wellness comes from within, it shows up everywhere.
