When the stakes were at their highest and the timeline was tight, the American Council on Education and the Protect Dreamers Higher Education Coalition turned to us for a mission-critical project: bringing clarity and hope to the complex and anxious terrain of DACA.
Clear and Urgent Copy
I led the scriptwriting for an animated explainer video designed to “demystify DACA.” The goal was to deliver a message that was both accessible and emotionally resonant, making legal details intelligible and Dreamers’ stories memorable.
Humanizing the Issue
To connect with audiences, we crafted a “Faces of Dreamers” feature on the website, a narrative-driven hub where real voices and stories lived, not just facts. By centering personal journeys, the campaign transcended policy and became profoundly relatable.
With the Supreme Court ruling looming, speed and precision were paramount. Once the Court ruled to preserve DACA, our creative assets—especially the explainer video—spread widely across digital platforms.
